If your business lives on an Instagram page, you're invisible to everyone who searches before they buy. I build the site, the funnel and the AI automation behind it — and I measure it in leads, not likes.

01 — Work

Products I've built, not screenshots.

A storefront whose assistant takes orders, an approval pipeline and an AI job platform. Open one — they're all yours to click.

Case 01 · Commerce
Built for a client · rebuilt here on sample products so you can click it

Stores you own, not rent.

Shopify rents you your own checkout, takes a cut of every order, and the one feature you need is usually one plan tier up. I built this one on Medusa instead: the cart rules, the checkout and the customer data sit on the owner's server, and the bill stops growing with their revenue. Click through the panel — and ask its assistant to fill the cart for you, because that part is a live model, not a script.

  • An assistant that sells — it answers the pre-purchase question, then puts the right thing in the cart.
  • No cut of every order and no stack of app subscriptions creeping up the monthly bill.
  • A checkout you can change — bundles, deposits, subscriptions, whatever your business actually sells.
  • Your data on your server so you can move host without rebuilding the shop.
Case 02 · Social media automation
Built for a client · the chat below walks through the same loop

Social media that runs without you.

I built this for an owner who was losing evenings to posting. It writes the week's posts in the business's own voice, generates the image, waits for one tap of approval, publishes everywhere, then handles the replies that come back. Their whole involvement is a thumbs up in Telegram.

  • Writes and schedules the week's posts from your products, offers and past captions.
  • One-tap approval in Telegram — nothing goes out without you.
  • Answers DMs and comments in seconds, qualifies them, books the good ones.
  • Logs everything to your CRM or a sheet, so you can see what actually converts.

Offerwind — AI job platform

My own product, built and shipped end to end: live job listings scraped and normalised, AI match scoring against your profile, and one-click tailored CVs. Scrapers, queues, scoring and billing — the proof that I build systems that run, not just pages that look good.

02 — Services

Four things quietly costing you customers.

01

They search, they find nothing

Your buyers check before they choose. With no page to find, they pick whoever has one — and you never see it happen. I build the page that gets found and counts every visit.

02

Orders live in your DMs

Screenshots, "is this still available?", threads you lose. A real store takes the order while you're asleep, charges the card and tracks the stock.

03

Enquiries go cold in hours

Buyers usually go with whoever answers first. Mine answers in seconds, qualifies, books the good ones and logs the lot in your CRM.

04

Posting eats your evenings

The system in Case 02, set up for your business: posts written, scheduled and published, replies handled. Your part is a thumbs up.

03 — Worth it?

What is one more customer a week worth to you?

Your numbers, not mine. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs in your browser.

€8,640

One point means one extra buyer in every hundred visitors. That is a normal outcome of a page that loads fast, says what you sell, and answers at night — not an optimistic one.

Compare that with a build starting at €749. If the difference doesn't clear it in a year, I'll say so on the call.

  • You come up when they search, not just when they already know you.
  • The page answers the question that makes people leave.
  • In seconds, at 2am, in their language.
  • Into your calendar while you're working.

No numbers on this one on purpose — it's the sequence, not a result. Yours start counting from day one, in your own analytics.

04 — About

I help small businesses grow. That's the whole job.

You're good at what you do — your reviews say so. But the people looking for your service right now can't find you, and the ones who do find you can't buy without messaging you first and waiting. Both of those cost you customers every week, and both are fixable in weeks.

I'm an AI engineer, not a template shop — Next.js, Python, Medusa, LLM pipelines, and a product of my own running on that same stack. Fifteen-odd businesses have had something built and delivered by me. I design and build it myself and I stay on the numbers after launch. If a page isn't earning, we change it.

05 — Process

Four weeks, no mystery.

You always know what's happening, what it costs, and what happens if it doesn't work.

06 — Risk

You see it before you commit to it.

You don't have to take my word for any of it, and you shouldn't have to. The deal is arranged so that what you're buying is visible before you've committed to it.

You see the real page before you pay in full

Not a mockup — your photos, your prices, your words, live on a link you can send your partner. If it's wrong, we stop there.

The number is fixed in writing first

Before anything starts. It doesn't move because something turned out harder than I expected. That's my problem, not your invoice.

Everything ends up in your name

Domain, hosting, analytics, the AI keys. If I vanish tomorrow you still own a working site and can hand it to anyone.

Thirty days of changes are included

Tracking is on from day one, so we're both looking at the same numbers when we decide what to change.

In plain terms: you see the real page before you pay the rest. If it isn't right at that point, we stop there and you owe me nothing further — no retainer, no cancellation fee, and the deposit covers the work you've already seen.

07 — FAQ

The usual objections.

"Instagram works fine for us."

It works for people who already found you. It does nothing for the ones searching your service right now — and you can't run proper ads or tracking into a bio link.

What does it cost?

Projects start at €749. A landing page with tracking and a booking flow lands near there; a store or an automation build is more, because there's more of it. You get the exact number in writing before anything starts — and if it's out of your range you'll know inside fifteen minutes, not after three meetings.

How long does it take?

A landing page in 7–14 days, a store or automation build in 3–5 weeks. You get the timeline in writing before anything starts.

What do you need from me?

One 45-minute call, your photos and prices, and quick answers when I ask. I write the copy and handle the rest.

Why should I trust you with this?

Fifteen-odd businesses have paid me to build something and got it. Beyond that: you see a draft of your actual page before you pay in full, the scope and price are fixed in writing, and everything ends up in accounts you own. If I disappear tomorrow, you still have the site.

What if it doesn't bring leads?

Tracking is live from day one, so we see it early. The first 30 days of iteration on copy and layout are included — I'd rather fix it than have a case study I can't show.

15 minutes. One honest answer.

Tell me what you sell and where your customers come from. I'll tell you what your site should be doing, what it's costing you now, and whether I'm the right person to fix it. No deck, no pressure.
